Christine Ly brings over 10 years of experience as a personal trainer, working with clients across multiple countries and developing a broad perspective on movement, strength, recovery, and long-term physical health.
With a strong background in functional training and resistance exercise, Christine is passionate about helping clients move more efficiently, feel stronger, and perform at their best. She has also competed in bodybuilding, an experience that deepened her understanding of the human body and taught her to observe it from every angle. Through competition, she developed a keen eye for symmetry, muscular imbalance, and physical detail in a way that extended beyond what could be learned from textbooks alone.
Her experience as both a trainer and bodybuilding competitor ultimately led Christine to pursue clinical manual therapy, where she could bring together her understanding of movement, performance, and hands-on care. She has completed her Registered Massage Therapy education and is currently awaiting her licensing examination. This training has further strengthened her ability to bridge the gap between rehabilitation, recovery, and performance.
Christine takes a thoughtful, whole-body approach to treatment. She looks beyond the area of discomfort to identify movement restrictions, muscular imbalances, and other contributing factors that may be affecting how a client feels and functions.
Her treatment philosophy is centered around functional longevity. She believes care should go beyond short-term relief, with the goal of helping clients build resilience, move with greater confidence, maintain strength and physical capacity, and age more resiliently.
Whether someone is recovering from an injury, managing persistent tension or discomfort, returning to training, or looking to improve overall movement and recovery, Christine strives to provide individualized care that supports both immediate needs and long-term physical well-being.
Christine is fluent in both English and Mandarin.
